The Dog Ate My Homework

When I got to the sitter I was relieved that Braiden had found his missing lunchbox. He said he’d left it on the bus (typical) and that it got chewed up? Amazingly, it really had. A raccoon had gotten on to the bus while the bus driver was stopped somewhere during down-time and got into his half zipped, forgotten bag! It proceeded to eat the food plastic bags and all, gnaw up the bag, even chewed up half the nametag that was on the outside.

The bus driver surprised it when she got back on and there was screaching to be had, I was laughing so hard as he was recounting his poor driver’s saga. I’m still laughing at the thought of it, it sounds like Mouse when she’s hungry. If I were her, I’d throw away the next forgotten lunch, I’d honestly understand.
