RVP

Nevermind that she acts older than me a lot of the time… she’s officially 18!

We’re definitely opposites, she has the personality of our dad and me, our mom. She’s very proper, sensitive, and thoughtful. She has terrible self-doubt in spite of her beauty and talent.

She’s the sister I always wanted and was so surprised when she was really a girl. (Then wanted to change my order when I decided by then I’d rather be an only. But that really doesn’t reflect on her)

As much as my other sister and I have joked about the drill sergeant she’d be as a mother, I’m kind of sad at her insistence over not wanting children. I always thought she’d outgrow that. I’ll be waiting a long time for Emi’s crazy brood of “10 kids”. But I remind myself it probably *is*for the best. Emi is nodding wholeheartedly somewhere.

I went looking for our first picture together but instead found the one I was looking for on Emi’s birthday. So I found the next best thing to baby pictures of Rachael heh:
